Walter Pinkard began his tenure as Chairman of the Colliers USA Board in May, 2007. He is Chairman and CEO of Colliers Pinkard, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate firm with offices in Charlotte and Raleigh.

Ross Moore is Vice President and National Director of Research for Colliers International USA. As vice president of research, he has overall responsibility for research at a national level.
Doug Frye

Doug Frye joined CMN Inc. as the President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2001. Doug assumed the role of Chief Executive Office in June 2002.
Chris McLernon
President, Latin American Division

Mr. McLernon oversees the development and the day-to-day activities for Latin American and Central & Eastern Europe from a corporate perspective for Colliers International. In addition to his corporate duties, Chris is the Managing Director for the Latin American Corporate Services Division, which represents multi national corporations on a regional basis in Latin America.

Luis Lira is acting Vice President of Corporate Services for Latin America in the capacity of account management and the development of locations and services within the Region. Luis possesses the skills of understanding business, cultural and real estate practices throughout the Region, and has worked with Nortel, Oracle, Goodyear, FedEx and Microsoft in Latin America.

Mario Rivera is Coordinator of Research & Communications of Colliers International Latin American Division. He is responsible for the development and day-to-day activities of the region's research and communication activities. Mario has also been acting as regional coordinator for the implementation of programs that match Colliers International standards, including the use of the Corporate Services Tools of CATS and REPort.

Rob Pearman

Rob Pearman is Executive Director of Colliers International in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). His role is organizational and strategic, and includes developing Colliers’ presence in new territories across the EMEA region, assisting in the creation and maintenance of effective communication between Colliers professionals and offices, and providing regional marketing support.
James W. Horne

James W. (Jamie) Horne is President - International and also on the Board of Directors of the Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Group of Companies. Mr. Horne received his undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario. He has been with Colliers International since 1981. Mr. Horne travels extensively across North America, Asia Pacific and Latin America as President - International.
