To devise a strategy to consolidate 14 owned and leased warehouses into 3 regional warehouse centers.

Colliers performed valuations on 6 owned facilities and provided a lease audit analysis of 8 current lease obligation. "Business Climate Profiling"TM of cost of doing business factors was completed to identify target location. Real estate alternatives were then found and an overall location strategy was developed.
Value:
Colliers demonstrated a means to reduce occupied space by 20% and furthermore, created a disposition strategy to unlock $30 million in real estate assets.
