Challenge:
Colliers' assignment was to determine the most efficient, cost effective and technically feasible locations for the Client to locate hundreds of new network points of presence sites within a precise network engineering search ring area in order to service current and potential market customers.

Services:
Colliers performed a study based on the engineering and construction needs analysis and on crucial business factors such as lease rates, utility costs, tax rates, supplementary space available for future growth, and customer on-net revenues.

Colliers further negotiated all lease and license documents, for execution by corporate signatory, and acquired all development and building permits for construction and installation.

Value:
Acquired hundreds of in-building point of presence sites, network central office sties, and municipal access agreements in order to facilitate the growth of the Client's western Canadian fibre-optic communications network.
