Challenge:
To assess the potential impact of facility consolidations and relocations on the distance to work and drive times of employees working in nine separate US markets.

Services:
Colliers undertook distance and drive time modeling of all employees, and identified those employees who would be most negatively impacted by a new office location strategy.  We then weighed the potential employee impacts against prospective cost savings identified in our lease obligations and consolidation strategy report.
