Colliers completed geographic & population center of gravity analyses, national customer order and revenue analyses, along with “Business Climate ProfilingTM” of the factors pertaining to the costs of doing business in eight selected competing areas.
Value
Colliers compared North America’s population centers against customer revenue. The customer reach from short-listed locations in a 1, 2, & 3-day drive were measured for viability relative to the client’s delivery guarantee. Colliers evaluated and ranked selected locations according to labour, tax, economic and infrastructure availability (“Business Climate Profiling”) and uncovered finalist location in order to reduce operating costs & achieve on-time customer deliveries.
