Determine the most cost effective location  for BF Goodrich to locate a new aerospace parts distribution center among  six pre-selected southern U.S. cities:  Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Memphis, Louisville, and Atlanta.

Colliers performed a study based on the research and analysis of crucial business factors such as transportation costs, labor availability, labor wage & benefit rates, primary industry presence & growth, and applicable business taxes.  In addition, Colliers performed tax incentive and rebate research to help realize further cost savings. Finally, Colliers completed a real estate cost review of available site options.

Value
Colliers was able to expand the scope of the location search to include an additional jurisdiction providing the lowest operating and capital cost location.  Colliers also alerted BF Goodrich to additional significant corporate tax savings opportunities in the State of Texas.
