Colin is also a member of Colliers Investment Services Group (CISG), an affiliation of 58 of Colliers’ top investment sales professionals, representing billions in sales annually, and serves on its Advisory Committee. He is a 2010 graduate of ULI’s Regional Center for Leadership, a program that cultivates leaders from the Atlanta business community who understand responsible land use and have a common goal of creating sustainable communities. Colin is also the founder of GSA.net, a marketplace and information exchange for the collective benefit of developers, investors, lenders, and owners of GSA-leased properties.An Australian native, Colin began his commercial real estate career in Brisbane, and is now recognized as an industry leader based on his production and tenure. He has built an excellent reputation through handling complex investment sales, equity placement, and joint ventures. With over 25 years of experience, Colin has completed over 367 transactions in 32 states, representing over $953 million in volume.
