Coleman Morris is a Vice President with Colliers Spectrum Cauble, with 8 years of experience in retail brokerage.  Coleman leads a team of associates representing shopping center owners with comprehensive marketing and leasing programs for projects ranging from grocery anchored centers, to mixed-use developments to redevelopments. Coleman specializes in mixed-use developments and urban infill projects offering consulting services from the conception, including participating in planning and design, merchandise mix strategy, pre-leasing and lease-up of space following construction.     

Coleman currently leases over 1.5 million square feet of retail in projects throughout Georgia including Atlanta, Augusta, LaGrange, Albany and Macon.  Her clients are located throughout the United States and range from local entrepreneurs, to residential developers, to institutional owners.
