Cody R. Christoph joined the Houston office of Colliers International in 2006. As Associate, he supports the company’s Industrial and Land Services Groups, working directly with Todd N. Edmonds, Principal, Michael J. Taetz, Principal and Director of Industrial Services, and William J. Byrd, Principal. Since earning his Commercial Real Estate License in 2006, Cody’s area of focus has been industrial and land transactions. Prior to joining Colliers, Cody was an Outside Sales Manager for Batteries Plus, where he developed sales and negotiation skills that he continues to expand on in his current role.
As a native Houstonian, Cody has a strong connection and thorough understanding of the Greater Houston market area, which represents an advantage and asset in his current real estate projects and site selection services.

Achievements
Cody is active in various areas of his community and participates in charity events throughout the year. In 2007, he participated in the BP MS 150 Bike Tour, one of the largest fund-raisers organized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Association that includes a two-day cycling trip from Houston to Austin, Texas.
