Mr. Cabral re-joined Colliers Monroe Friedlander Management, Inc. (CMFMI) at the end of August 2001 to manage Pearl Highlands Center for LaSalle Investment Management. Pearl Highlands Center, a 410,000 square foot multi-level retail center, was sold to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investments at the end of 2004. CMF has retained as manager with Mr. Cabral as the on-site Property Manager.

Prior to re-joining CMFMI, Mr. Cabral was part of the initial development team that developed Waikele Center. As General Manager for Waikele Center, Mr. Cabral developed and implemented the initial operational plan for both the Value Center and the Factory Outlets.

Mr. Cabral was a member of the Board of Directors of the Building Owners and Managers Association (1992-1993), a member of the Public Relations & Community Service Committee (1997-1999), Chair of the Membership Committee, and Co-Chair of various events for the Hawaii Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers (1997-2004).
