Company Experience

As the practice leader of Northeast Ohio’s only Land Development Group, Mr. West partners with clients to identify their unique needs, develop the appropriate strategy and implement targeted, impactful solutions.  In the past three years, Mr. West has been instrumental in listings and transactions involving over 5,000 acres of land in Northeast Ohio.

Colliers is the only national commercial real estate firm in Northeast Ohio to devote a practice area to Land Development Services.  We understand that land-related transactions can be complicated, and have dedicated the resources to ensure that our clients get the expertise they have come to expect from Colliers. 

Land Development Services offer our clients a variety of services including: land assembly, disposition and acquisition of land, site selection, consulting, creation of joint venture partnerships, and coordination of additional professionals throughout the development process. 

Professional Experience

For 16 years Cliff was with the Marriott Corporation in the contract management division and for six of those years was the regional director of sales.  In 1998, Cliff was nominated for “Office Deal of the Year” by the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP.
