COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Ms. Calzon exclusively handles the marketing and leasing for Park Tower, a recently renovated 36 story Class B, 500,000 sf high rise tower located in Tampa’s downtown submarket. This building is owned by Sterling American Property, Inc. In addition, she also handles the exclusive leasing and marketing for Wells Fargo Center, a 400,000 rsf, 22 floor Class A office tower located in downtown Tampa for USAA Realty.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
More than 28 years of commercial real estate, project leasing experience which includes primarily high end, Class A and B core assets and Class A and B suburban office buildings.

In 2006, Ms. Calzon represented over 75 transactions for landlords which included over 400,000 rsf of office space, representing over $50 million in value.

Landlord representation experience of 20+ years includes institutional investors such as USAA, Sterling American Property, Inc., TIAA, Cigna/Times Square, Colonial Properties Trust, AEW Capital Management, LaSalle Investment Management, Great Point Investors, Principal Real Estate Investors, TA Associates Realty, ITT Hartford, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Morgan Stanley, Lend Lease Real Estate Investment, and J.P. Morgan. Early experience include project leasing of retail, service center and distribution assets.

Experience in construction management and property management.
