Chris Winters joined Colliers International in 1998. He brings to the firm a successful career encompassing the disciplines of real estate investment, finance, management, and development. Areas of expertise include acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio asset management, leasing, commercial loan workouts and consulting.Prior to joining Colliers International, Chris was Senior Vice President of NAB Asset Ventures from 1990 to 1998. This firm was a pioneer in recognizing opportunities in the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate and mortgages. His responsibilities included the acquisition, enhancement and disposition of the firm’s $75 million portfolio.From 1987 to 1990 Chris was Vice President of Texas Commerce Bank – Houston.
