Chris Routledge is an Associate with Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty, LLC. Mr. Routledge specializes in project leasing, pre-leasing of new developments, redevelopments and specialty centers as well as outparcels sales and ground leases. Mr. Routledge is also involved in the representation of tenants in their site selection process throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Mr. Routledge worked in Sales and Research positions at The Dorey Companies, where he furthered his knowledge of the Atlanta retail market as well as built relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry.
