Professional Summary
I am a Chartered Surveyor and a lease advisory specialist and lead the Business Space Lease Advisory team at Colliers. My team specialises in the industrial, logistics and offices market sectors. We advise investors and occupiers on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease renegotiations. My role is to achieve the best possible value and outcomes for clients in negotiations.
I've worked as a specialist in the lease advisory sector since leaving university in 1995 and I joined Colliers in 1998. I have advised clients on most types of properties across the UK and now specialise in the logistics and offices market sectors in London, East Midlands and the South East.
I advise both occupiers and investors in negotiations and I am regularly appointed as an Expert Witness in dispute resolution cases.

I have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Land Management and a Diploma in Arbitration from Reading University. I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Registered Valuer and a Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and have always worked within the private sector. I have a broad range of experience working for many years as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor dealing with professional work, valuations and agency. I have specialised in Commercial Lease Consultancy since 2004 acting for owners and occupiers on industrial/warehouse, office and retail property. I undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and regears on a daily basis. I also have extensive experience acting as Expert Witness at Arbitration/Independent Expert referrals.
Damian is a Director and head of the Business Space Lease Advisory team in the North. He has extensive experience in advising clients in the specialist fields of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring whilst also providing Expert Witness representation in Arbitration proceedings, Independent Expert Determinations and in Court on 1954 Act lease renewals. Damian specialises in the office and industrial/logistics section and has dealt with a number of large office buildings and big box logistic warehouses. His previous client's include high profile occupiers, property companies and institutional investors.

Ellie has represented a vast number of clients across the market including Bupa, Vodafone, Screwfix and Interserve.
Before joining Colliers International in 2013, Jessica specialized in restaurant aquisitions and disposals in Los Angeles.
David joined the Business Space Lease Advisory in 2017 and has extensive experience working within the south-east and London Office and Industiral & Logistics property sectors. Providing advice to both occupier and investors alike on rent review, lease renewal and lease re-struture negotiations, David has represented a vast number of clients across the market.
Working predominately within the South-East of the UK and in London, his clientele currently includes CBRE GI, St Modwens, Selco, Booker, Vodafone and Interserve.
Charlotte is a Surveyor within the Colliers Business Space Lease Advisory team based in the London - West End office. She advises both Landlords and Tenants on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-negotiations across Greater London and the South East, specialising in the Industrial, Office and Medical Sectors.
Charlotte joined the Colliers Graduate Scheme in January 2021 having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Distinction in MSc Real Estate. Throughout the Graduate Scheme, Charlotte rotated within the Valuation and Advisory Services, Rating and Business Space Lease Advisory Departments, gaining invaluable experiences and exposure to a variety of properties and Clients.
Will is an Associate Director within the Colliers Business Space Lease Advisory team specialising in the Industrial & Logistic, Trade Counter and Office sectors.
