Mr. Millen has over nine years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has an impressive background leasing and selling commercial real estate, with a focus on Maui retail and industrial properties. Mr. Millen works closely with his owners to improve their properties, facilitate sales and leasing, and introduce innovative concepts such as energy efficiencies which minimize tax liabilities, improve rentability, and generate additional income to the property. Currently, he is responsible for the leasing for the Maui retail centers Napili Plaza and The Fairway Shops and keeps abreast of market happening through his other listings and tenant representation assignments. 

Mr. Millen began his real estate career as a residential agent specializing in primary residences and vacation condominiums for Prudential Maui Realtors.   He later worked as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager for Prudential Iwado Realty where he represented national tenants such as Frito-lay and PODS. Mr. Millen’s leasing assignments included West Maui Center, Millyard Plaza, 2 Daughters Building, 60 Wakea, and Kihei Market Place. In addition, he has procured multiple commercial listings such as the Pioneer Electric Building, 1883 Mill Street, and the Minds Eye Building. 

In his spare time, Mr. Millen enjoys scuba diving and is a certified master scuba diving instructor.
