Company Experience
Chris joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris Industrial Services Group at the beginning of 2004. His responsibilities include assisting clients with property acquisition, disposition, leasing and land sales. Over the past two years, Chris has been integrated into the Corporate Services team fulfilling client requirements around the United States and in 2007, was promoted to Vice President.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, Chris was a Sales Engineer/Project Manager for Kilroy Steel, Inc., a supplier of fabricated steel framing for commercial and industrial buildings. He is skilled in cost valuation, value engineering, scheduling and management of commercial construction projects. Since the year 2000, Chris has been active in the management of commercial properties: negotiating leases, budgeting and capital improvements
