Christopher Cummins is currently a Senior Vice President with Colliers International in its Office Advisory Group.

Chris specializes in working with corporations such as Experient, GE Capital, Farmers Insurance, Cabot Properties and Colony Realty Partners to establish and implement strategic real estate progress. By focusing primarily in the North Suburban Chicago office market, he has become a valuable resource to his clients. At Colliers, Chris’ activities encompass a broad range of commercial real estate services including office lease negotiations, buyer and seller transactions, and financial modeling. During Chris’ tenure at Colliers, he has been involved in over 1.7 million SF of leases, with a value in excess of $75 million.

Chris has earned many top awards and recognition in the industry. Chris was the recipient of the 2007 NAIOP Suburban Office Transaction of the Year for his representation of CenterPoint Properties in the sale of 4000 Commercial Drive to Walgreen Corporation.
