Charlene Greenblatt began her commercial real estate career in 1999 as an acquisitions coordinator for a Walgreens developer, Semper Development. She covered the southwest coast and some central portions of Florida. She was responsible for all site research, contacting property owners, preparing detailed reports for the corporate committee to use in site selection and making recommendations on possible locations.
Charlene then added to her acquisitions experience by moving to a commercial construction company, Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction, in 2001. She maintained jobsite documentation files, coordinated communication between subcontractors and onsite project managers, and facilitated distribution of schedules, payment applications, and archive samples and back up. Charlene worked at the jobsites for Hyatt at Coconut Pointe, Tower Point at Arbor Trace and Ventanas at Tiburon.
In 2003, Charlene started leasing and sales of commercial properties with Investment Properties Corporation (IPC) of Naples. At IPC, Charlene participated in pre-leasing shopping centers while they were under construction, leasing existing shopping centers, selling land and office condominiums, and working with national and local tenants to find great locations to open. Charlene has achieved all time known high rents for developers and landlords and located multiple locations for national tenants like Sport Clips, Rio Wraps, and Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries.
Charlene joined Colliers Arnold in January 2007. She looks forward to continuing to give landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers of commercial properties excellent service and great advice.

Education
Charlene attended Lansing Community College as an honor student, in Lansing, Michigan from 1987 to 1989.
Charlene achieved her Florida real estate salesperson license in 1996. She maintains her Florida license, while working on earning her Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation and achieving her Florida real estate Broker's license.
