PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 
Chandler directs Colliers’ Landlord Services Group focusing primarily on the leasing and sale of office properties and land on behalf of private, institutional, and public ownerships.

Chandler joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2007 after seven years as vice president with Duke Realty Corporation and a total of eight years as vice president with Taylor & Mathis. He has over 27 years of industry experience and community involvement in the Southeastern United States.

During his career, Chandler has completed more than 1,000 lease and sale transactions and has successfully represented ownership of more than 60 office and retail buildings totaling more than 9 million square feet of space. He has sold office buildings in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter and North Fulton submarkets; he has sold land in Atlanta’s Northwest, North Fulton and Northeast submarkets; and he recently completed a 164,000 square foot office build-to-suit-to-sell in the North Fulton submarket.
