As Executive Vice President of U.S. Operations, Ms. Sidor brings a client-centric focus to her role. She manages all business and legal affairs and oversees delivery of member services to the 90+ U.S. Colliers offices. She works with the U.S. Board of Directors and oversees the headquarters staff, who work together to deliver superior service to all member firms and execute the strategies of the Board in the areas of: service line and specialty practice group support, research, marketing/events, education, multi-city business assignments & opportunities, information technology, public relations and other initiatives.
Ms. Sidor draws upon twenty-five years of experience with the real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers International, she was a partner at CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners, L.P. where she served as Managing Director of Business Development in New England. In that capacity, she directed the creative team and worked with a variety of clients, including Beacon Capital Partners, Colony Realty, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pembroke Real Estate, Davis/Marcus Partners and others in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for their signature assets. She was also a member of the Partners Advisory Committee.
Previously, she served as Managing Director of Marketing & Client Services for Insignia/ESG. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), a 6,000-member trade association representing all segments of the industry. Earlier in her 16-year career with GBREB, she was the Executive Director of the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Commercial Brokers Association.
