As President of U.S. Operations, Carolyn  oversees the Shared Services Team, which increases business value through the delivery of core functions – HR, IT, Legal,  Marketing, Operations, and Service Excellence - which assist in achieving productivity, quality and operational excellence throughout the U.S. enterprise.  She also oversees the Boston Corporate office of Colliers International.

Carolyn brings a client-centric focus to every role and function and challenges her teams to "see beyond the dashboard."  She has mentored many young professionals throughout her career.  
 
 
PREVIOUS  EXPERIENCE
Prior this role, Carolyn served as Executive Vice President of Colliers USA, where she managed all business and legal affairs and oversaw delivery of member services to the 90+ U.S. Colliers offices under Colliers’ previous organizational structure. 

Prior to joining Colliers International, she was a partner at CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners, L.P. where she served as Managing Director of Business Development in New England.  In that capacity, she worked with a variety of clients, including Beacon Capital Partners, Colony Realty, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pembroke Real Estate, Davis/Marcus Partners and others in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for their signature assets.  She was also a member of the Partners Advisory Committee.
 
Previously, she served as Managing Director of Marketing & Client Services for Insignia/ESG.  Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).
