Carol “CJ” Jenkins has been a member of the Colliers Monroe Friedlander team since October 2006.  Miss Jenkins currently manages a portfolio of properties owned by various owners located in downtown Oahu.  Her versatility provides the strong basis for portfolio management.

Miss Jenkins formerly managed the 1221 Kapiolani building for two separate owners while at PM Realty Group.  While at Chaney Brooks she managed a portfolio of properties consisting of office, retail and industrial properties.  Her career in real estate began as a project accountant at CB Richard Ellis in 1988.
