Camille Renshaw specializes in investment sales at Colliers Arnold. She has over ten years of experience in site selection and development of investment property with a need for a focused business plan. Her areas of specialization include Office Buildings, Industrial/ Flex properties, and land sales and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Colliers, she oversaw the Commercial Division with Keller Williams for the Central Florida region where she specialized in investment property sales and acquisitions. She also has executive experience with Turner Broadcasting Systems, American Collegiate Financial Services, and Ingram.
Camille represents owners throughout the state of Florida and has set new value benchmarks in many of its sub-markets. Her client list includes REITs, smaller institutions and real estate investment groups, as well as private investors, such as the Langford Trust, Gramercy Capital Corp. (formerly AFRT), Belleair Development Group, Panattoni Development Co., Artisan Research and Development (ARD), Kelley Land Holdings, and the Bryan T. Marshall Trust.
