During those 23 years, he completed over 1,500 transactions. In the years 1995-2001, he completed 50+ transactions totaling over 7.7 million square feet, with lease values in excess of 145 million dollars.

Relevant Experience Industrial Development International (IDI)
Buster was employed from 1995 to the end of 2001 as Vice President of Marketing for the Memphis Region. He had responsibility for the completion of development and leasing of IDI's portfolio. In the 1990's, he assisted in the development of three parks: Century Center Business Park, Southpark, and Memphis Distribution Center. Shortly after, development began on two additional parks: Chickasaw Distribution Center (Memphis, TN) and Goodman Road Business Park (Southaven, MS). By the end of 2001, Chickasaw was approximately 80% built-out and leased, and Goodman Road was approximately 40% built-out and totally leased.

Barron Realty Services In early 1992, Buster formed his own company for the purpose of managing and leasing a portfolio of property for Zane May Associates for the following parks/buildings: Bellbrook Space Center, Tranquility, Baker Building, and the Air Trans Building. He leased and managed properties from 1992 through 1994, increasing the occupancy levels from 82% to a high of 91%.

Trammell Crow Company In 1982, Buster joined Trammell Crow Company and was responsible for the leasing of the Prudential portfolio, which consisted of the following parks/buildings: Bellbrook Space Center, Tranquility, Baker Building, and the Air Trans Building. In addition to the Prudential portfolio, Buster was also responsible for the leasing of a group of buildings owned by Equitable, which consisted of four properties containing approximately 1 million square feet.
