Buddy Dunstan entered the commercial real estate business in 1972, joining Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc., which now operates as Colliers International. He has extensive experience in sales and leasing of retail properties, office buildings and commercial land. Individual sales have included a commercial land sale in excess of $3 million and a sale of a shopping center in excess of $3.5 million. He is also experienced in property management and on-site office building leasing and management. He has represented local, regional and national owners and tenants. For the last 12 years, he has concentrated in the retail real estate market.

Prior to joining Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc. in 1972, for one and a half years, Buddy was a territorial sales representative for Richard D. Irwin Company (Chicago), publisher of college and university textbooks. He worked colleges and universities located within a 250 mile radius of Memphis. Those institutions included the University of Mississippi, Mississippi State University, several University of Arkansas satellites, several University of Tennessee satellites, Memphis State University and Vanderbilt University. Buddy also served in the U. S. Navy from 1965 to 1969, combat veteran, Vietnam, 1966-1968.
