Brook Blakeslee is the team leader of the Retail Services Group. The retail team provides professional services to tenant and landlord assignments. Brook has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage and development since 1980. Brook started his real estate career with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) in Orange County, California. Mr. Blakeslee moved to Boise in 1993 and has worked on assignments throughout southern Idaho, eastern Washington, and eastern Oregon.

Mr. Blakeslee is the national Co-Chairman of Colliers Retail, covering Canada and the western United States. Mr. Blakeslee is the State Operations Offi cer of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Colliers Retail Steering Committee. Mr. Blakeslee is active in the Downtown Boise Association and the Boise Chamber of Commerce. He is also an avid tennis player, skier, and sailor.
