Brian Daly has worked in the commercial real estate industry in the Washington metropolitan area for over 17 years.  He has extensive experience working with large national clients faced with complex real estate requirements both in Washington and nationwide.  At Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Brian is responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as assisting current clients with their occupancy needs.

Prior to joining Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Brian was employed as a Senior Vice President in the Tenant Representation Group for Jones Lang LaSalle.  He managed many large national accounts in the Washington area including PricewaterhouseCoopers, McDonalds, Page Net, KPMG, and Cable & Wireless USA.  He also has represented several large law firms in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC including Shaw Pittman, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Baach, Robinson & Lewis.

Prior to his experience with Jones Lang LaSalle, Brian worked with the firm of Larson, Ball & Gould (now Advantis) for over 12 years as a Vice President and Director of the Corporate Services Group.  He was primarily responsible for all corporate business development and coordinated the firm’s work with national strategic alliance partners.  Some of the major clients Brian has represented during the past few years include Pfizer, Corning, Bristol-Myers Squibb, MTS Technologies, Perennial Strategy Group, Heidrick & Struggles, Provident Bank, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Brian graduated from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics.  He is currently active in the Washington, DC Tech Council and the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
