Brendan is a senior associate within the Industrial Services Group of Colliers International. Concentrating on the Northern Cook County and Lake County markets Brendan represents the interests of corporations, institutions and entrepreneurial clients in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial space. Brendan is skilled in many aspects of lease evaluation, site analysis, financial analysis, property and investment valuation and real estate transaction analysis. His ability to assess and address each of his client’s needs has resulted in successful transactions for his clients, which has proven to be a valuable asset to his personal and professional achievement.

Prior to joining Colliers in November of 2006, Brendan spent time with Cook Financial LLC, specializing in investment industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Preceding this Brendan focused in industrial sales and leasing with Epic/Savage Realty Partners.
