Brandon Bera is a member of the Office Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander. Brandon has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry in different capacities over the past 5 years. Prior to joining Colliers, he was the point man for both the planning and execution phases in opening new offices across the United States for CDM Media. Throughout this experience, he was heavily involved in growing the company from an operational standpoint, helping the company quadruple in size in just 18 months. He began with CDM in a sales role that led to quick promotions after compiling a list of senior level executive clients at Fortune 500 organizations such as Bank of America, Verizon, and Google. In his time at Colliers, he has represented some of the most influential tenants in Hawaii such as Hawaiian Electric Company, Alexander and Baldwin, Inc., Atlas Insurance, Bays Lung Rose & Holma, and HMAA. Mr. Bera has also had the pleasure of representing multiple prominent landlords including Kamehameha Schools, REDICO, and The Shidler Group throughout his career in the commercial brokerage industry. With commercial real estate being his passion and a strong work ethic to match, Brandon works tirelessly to ensure he goes beyond the expectations of each client he represents in lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties. Brandon is originally from Troy, MI and is a proud Michigan State University graduate. He has lived in Hawaii since 2005 and has since married his wife, Jen. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys surfing, tennis, biking and kicking back with a book on the beach.
