Brandon Bera is a member of the Office Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander. Brandon has spent the past 2 years with CDM Media involved in business development, recruitment and training all new sales staff. During this experience, he helped to grow the company from ten employees to almost thirty and assisted in the planning and execution phases for the new office openings. Throughout his time at CDM, he dealt with various senior level executives at Fortune 500 organizations like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Verizon, and Google which has provided tremendous experience in negotiations.

Prior to CDM, Brandon spent time as a loan consultant at Acceptance Capital Mortgage and a sales executive at Verizon. Coming from a background focused heavily on delivering high-level business solutions to a variety of end users, his experience has been a great asset in being able to quickly and effectively identify his clients’ needs.

With commercial real estate being his passion and a strong work ethic to match, Mr. Bera works tirelessly to ensure he goes beyond the expectations of each client he represents in lease negotiations. 

Brandon is originally from Troy, MI and is a proud Michigan State University graduate. He has lived in Hawaii since 2005 and has since married his wife, Jen. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys surfing, tennis, biking and kicking back with a book on the beach.
