Mr. Beauchamp joined Colliers International in July 2006, as an associate specializing in industrial and land transactions. Brad focuses his attention on tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions for industrial clients. His specific focus is the far East Houston Submarket and Port as well as the Colliers Multimodal Service Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Brad received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South College of Law in Houston, Texas. Brad worked for a local Houston law firm, Tribble, Ross, and Wagner where he received extensive training in reviewing and negotiating contracts for the insurance industry. This skill set has carried over to help Brad serve his clients in real estate transactions.
