Mr. Calbert has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 25 years. Mr. Calbert has been associated with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc., since 1985. During this tenure Mr. Calbert has been involved in the sale or finance of 82 buildings totaling in excess of 10,000,000 square feet of office, retail, apartment, industrial and land transactions.
Mr Calbert has held brokerage licenses in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and is currently licensed in Colorado as Managing Broker of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc.

Mr. Calbert is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Small Scale Development Council, Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) where he has served as Secretary, Vice President and President of the Colorado Chapter in addition to participating as a member of NAIOP's National Board of Directors. Mr. Calbert is a current member of the Denver Board of Realtors where he is serving as Program Chairman of The 4th Annual Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate Expo, a current member of The Colorado Association of Realtors, The University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and is also a past member of various other real estate trade associations
