Bobbie Lau is a Senior Vice President with Colliers Monroe Friedlander and has over fifteen years of commercial property management experience. Ms. Lau joined the company in 1992 and is currently responsible for the overall operations of the Property Management Division.
Ms. Lau has managed 1132 Bishop Street, a 450,000 square feet class A commercial high-rise office building in downtown Honolulu for ten years, and has also managed a portfolio of commercial office, retail and industrial properties and supervised other property managers. Prior to joining Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Ms. Lau worked for American Savings Bank in their facilities management department.
Ms. Lau is a real estate broker in the state of Hawaii and is a Certified Property Manager.
Bobbie Lau was President of the Building Managers and Owners Association (BOMA) in Hawaii in 2003. She has served as director for BOMA for 8 years, for IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and for the Fort Street Mall Business Improvement District.
