Prior to joining Colliers Keenan in 2008, Bob was responsible for leasing and marketing the South Carolina office, industrial and land portfolio for Liberty Property Trust. During his 4 1/2 years with Liberty, Bob negotiated 77 leases, totaling nearly 1,100,000 square feet, with an accumulated value of $66,900,000. Considering much of this space included new development, Bob has ample experience marketing and leasing new buildings coming out of the ground. Prior to Liberty Property Trust, Bob spent 15 years overseas in several international management positions. Primarily as Vice President and Co-Owner of Pac Asia, LTD. in Guam.
Bob, a University of South Carolina graduate, is currently on the Board of Directors of the Greenville Little League, was on the Greenville County Museum of Art Young Collectors Advisory Committee and is active in youth sports coaching baseball and basketball. While in Guam, Bob was on the Board of Directors and Income Development Chairman for the American Cancer Society and served on multiple committees with the Guam Chamber of Commerce, Guam Community College and Guam Junior Golf League. Bob is married with two children and they are members of Christ Episcopal Church.
