AREA OF EXPERTISE
Bob is a Principal of the Greenville, South Carolina, office of Colliers International. He specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties, working with both landlords and tenants.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Colliers in 2008, Bob worked with Liberty Property Trust, an international developer and landlord, and was responsible for leasing and marketing their 1.5M square foot office and industrial portfolio in the Upstate of South Carolina. Bob has ample experience marketing buildings from the ground up, resulting in high lease up rates. Prior to his time with Liberty, he spent 15 years overseas in several international management positions, primarily as Vice-President and Co-Owner of Pac Asia, Ltd. in Guam. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History at the University of South Carolina.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Throughout his career Bob has earned numerous sales production awards. Most recently he has been recognized as the 2009 and 2010 Overall Production winner for the Colliers International Greenville office.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Bob is currently in his second term of President of the Board of the Greenville Little League. He previously served on the board of directors of the American Cancer Society – Guam and was its Income Development Chairman for two years. Additionally, Bob has served on committees with the Guam Chamber of Commerce, Guam Community College and Greenville County Museum of Art.
