Bob joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2000 as a Senior Associate responsible for supporting investment sales offerings and loan transactions.  Bob incorporates his underwriting experience in all facets of commercial real estate with the investment services function at Colliers Spectrum Cauble to perform an integral part of the company's investment sales and loan origination capability.

Bob began working as financial analyst for Carter and Associates in Atlanta where he provided financial analysis support for the company’s development and investment portfolio and brokerage operation.  After four years, Bob joined Ben Carter Properties/CNM Associates as Director of Investment Services where he was responsible for providing financial analysis and research support for development, acquisition, disposition, financing, and brokerage activities.  In 1997, Bob became the Chief Underwriter for DECK Realty Group, Inc. (now known as Kaufman Realty Group) where he was responsible for generating, selecting, and evaluating all potential real estate acquisitions for the company’s portfolio.
