Mr. Allen joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 1969. During his tenure, he has helped establish Colliers Spectrum Cauble as one of Atlanta’s premier brokerage companies. Throughout his successful career he has been recognized as one of Atlanta’s top commercial brokers, having received the Broker Professionalism Award and the Atlanta Board of Realtors Phoenix and Silver Phoenix Award. Mr. Allen is a principal of Colliers Spectrum Cauble.
Mr. Allen is an active member and past President of the Georgia Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Member of Midtown Business Association, Member of Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Board of Governors Member of The Ravinia Club, Board Member (past President) of the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House and Senior Member of the Capital City Club. Church affiliation is as an active member of the Big Canoe Chapel at Big Canoe, Georgia.
