Bill joined the Colliers Arnold Orlando office in February 2002 as a retail leasing/land acquisition specialist.
For the past 20 years Bill has operated as a Top Producer as well as a successful entrepreneur and sales professional. He has owned or been involved in the development and/or expansion of several successful restaurants and retail companies. Bill's expertise in these fields has enabled him to recognize and provide stronger, more qualified retail tenants for property owners.
Upon receiving his real estate license, Bill immediately became the leasing agent for over 20 grocery-anchored shopping centers, totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. He has handled several high vacancy centers with a successful outcome for the Landlord / Developer.

Achievements
Since joining Colliers Arnold, Bill has assisted in the $18,000,000 re-development and re-leasing of Bellair Plaza on A1A in Daytona Beach, Florida. He also aided in the more recent $35 Million sale of Bellair Plaza as well as the $1 Billion Ocean Walk Village development which includes the Ocean Walk Shoppes (110,000 sq. ft.) and the Daytona Beach Pier and BoardWalk (500 Condo, Hotel and Timeshare Suites & 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space).
The Shoppes at Park Place located in Pinellas Park, Florida was transformed from an underperforming mall into a Target/American Signature Anchored Power Center where Bill is the lead Broker overseeing the entire project. Bill is also in charge of the re-development of Crossroads Mall in Largo, Florida into Largo Towne Center, a mixed-use development which includes a 500,000 square foot power center, 75,000 square feet of office space, and 260 residential units. In addition, Bill has recently put Largo Towne Center under contract. Even more recently Bill has become the lead Broker of a new "World-Class Project" that will be a 1.2 million sq. ft. mixed-use Regional Lifestyle Center being named Rebecca's Landing that will be located along the Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach, Florida.
