Company Experience
Barry joined the firm as a member of the Industrial Services Department. His initial specialty was accelerated disposition of large industrial facilities. The combination of success in disposition as well as adaptive reutilization of large manufacturing facilities gave him the foundation to provide Colliers Corporate Clients his services. Since Barry has served both as a corporate account team member and a corporate account leader with various levels of assignments in between. Barry’s real estate service experience is diverse. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office buildings, retail outlets, and apartment buildings. He has extensive experience in representing his clients’ real estate transactions.
