As a member of the Colliers Pinkard Industrial Brokerage team, Barb Jespersen brings a fresh client perspective to the group. Prior to joining Colliers Pinkard, Barb served as the Director of Real Estate and Facilities for a large, independently owned escrow company in California, encompassing 24 branches throughout Southern California. In this role, Barb was responsible for site selection, lease negotiations, tenant improvements/construction, procurement and lease administration. During her tenure, the company experienced tremendous growth and Ms. Jespersen successfully managed the real estate challenges to sustain this expansion.
Barb joined Colliers Pinkard in 2005 and specializes in industrial brokerage, partnering with Lane Holbert, CCIM, SIOR, a 16 year veteran in the industry. In addition to representing both Landlords/Sellers and Tenants/Buyers with their industrial real estate requirements, they are also members of the Colliers International Food Facilities Group, which focuses on serving the real estate needs of the food industry.
