Arthur A. Lawrence, Managing Broker at Colliers Cleveland Retail Group has over 30 years of experience in the retail real estate industry. Arthur oversees retail investment, development, leasing and sales throughout Northeast Ohio.

Prior to his managing Colliers Cleveland Retail Group, Arthur owned and operated Lawrence Diversified, Inc. his own boutique commercial retail company for 30 years which was merged into Colliers Ostendorf Morris in late 2005 as their retail department.

Arthur holds a B.S. from Boston College's Business School, Cum Laude, with a concentration in financing/management.

Achievements

Arthur's career started with small tenant representation, which moved to restaurant site acquisition, then to shopping center management, big box representation, sale of community and neighborhood strip shopping centers and finally ground-up development of strip shopping centers as a principle when requested by clients.  All of his previous experience provides the foundation for a broad based understanding of the retail brokerage business, resulting in the highest level of service to his clients.
