Company Experience
Anthony Russo joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in the fall of 2003, bringing nearly 30 years of construction management experience.
Professional Experience
As a Project Manager for the Ostendorf-Morris Construction, he is responsible for interfacing with tenants, property managers, architects and contractors to complete construction projects on time and within budget. Prior to joining the company, he was Director Of Purchasing And Estimating for Kopf Builders, managing construction of a medical facility, custom homes, and condominiums in Avon Lake and Westlake.
During his career, Mr. Russo served as a Construction Manager for King James Group, managing projects including Point Five and Six Office Buildings in Westlake, Summit Three and Four Office Buildings in Independence and Landerbrook Office Building in Lyndhurst. He has managed the construction of a $35 million US Army Barracks project for the US Corps Of Engineers at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, served five years as Project Manager for multiple projects at The Perry Nuclear Power Plant, including The Emergency Operations Facility, and served as Project Manager for multiple nursing homes in Florida for Health Care Retirement Corporation.
Education
Mr. Russo holds a degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering Technology from Lakeland College, and has completed graduate courses in Business and Construction Management at The University of Missouri and Lake Erie College.
Professional Affiliations
Mr. Russo is a Certified Engineering Technician, has OSHA Supervisor training and is a past member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the American Welding Society (AWS). He also serves as a professional college mathematics tutor, and as a PSR teacher for elementary school students.
