Andy specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties. He has exclusively represented the Archon Group in two major leases in Cincinnati to General Electric, one of 45,000 SF and the other 50,000 SF. He also exclusively represented Al Neyer Inc. in a 35,000 SF lease to Lockwood Greene Engineering and Data Recognition Corporation in a 23,000 SF lease with Duke.
Andy joined Colliers in 1985. He has been a member of the Commercial Top Producers Club every year. Andy has served both as an owner's agent and tenant representative. Prior to joining Colliers, Andy was involved in the sales and marketing of materials handling equipment for Eaton Corporation, radio advertising sales for Republic Broadcasting, and in constructon sales and marketing for NuStone.
Andy has been involved with a variety of community, city and church activities including fund-raising and volunteering. Activities include United Way Aging Field of Service, fund-raising for the Cincinnati Zoo, teaching inner-city children "The Art of Being A Winner", Treasurer of the Terrace Park Recreation Commission, Chairman of the Membership Committee at a local church and coaching his children's track and soccer teams.
