BUSINESS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Deitch and his team oversee a diverse portfolio of retail properties in excess of one million square feet. This portfolio includes a variety of new and existing grocery-anchored centers, power centers, land and outparcels located throughout the entire metro Atlanta area and the state of Georgia.

Mr. Deitch and his team, which includes Chris Routledge and Greg Eisenman, also represent retailers in their expansion strategies, site selection, negotiation strategies and disposition of excess real estate. Mr. Deitch works to maximize the value of his clients’ investments, striving to meet and exceed their expectations.

Mr. Deitch’s annual production consistently places him among the top retail brokers in Georgia. His experience in working with major national clients as well as his ability to work with small developers has helped him to achieve such accolades as CoStar Power Broker and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ “Top Ten Retail Producer Broker Award”, each of which he has earned on multiple occasions. Mr. Deitch is an active participant in his community, volunteering and serving as leader for a variety of professional organizations.

Mr. Deitch is an active participant in his community, volunteering and serving as leader for a variety of professional organizations. As an alumnus of Riverside Military Academy, he serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Visitors. Mr. Deitch serves on the Commercial Real Estate Division Steering Committee for the Jewish Federation of Atlanta. Mr. Deitch also serves as Chair of the Atlanta Next Generation Committee of the ICSC.
